TL;DR

Client Dashboard Specialist (SaaS/TravelTech): Configuring and optimizing client dashboards to align with specific business needs with an accent on UX-focused setup and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on interpreting business requirements, troubleshooting dashboard configurations, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for global clients.

Location: Sydney, Australia. Must have Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, New Zealand residency, or a valid Australian working visa (min 2.5 years remaining) without sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Strategize with the Sales team to interpret business needs and customize hirify.global dashboards to fit client requirements.
  • Collaborate with Client Onboarding Specialists to implement dashboard changes based on client feedback.
  • Work with Customer Support and Account Management teams to update existing client configurations.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects, prioritizing tasks effectively across varying durations.
  • Maintain expert-level product knowledge by staying updated on all new feature rollouts.
  • Provide feedback on product features and best practices to contribute to continuous platform improvement.

Requirements

  • Professional working English proficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • UX-focused thinking and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to be flexible and creative.
  • Proven experience in learning and mastering new technologies.
  • Valid Australian work authorization (Citizen, PR, NZ resident, or visa with 2.5+ years remaining; no sponsorship).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency with Apple OS and Macintosh computers.
  • Experience in customer-facing support roles.
  • Experience mentoring or training new hires.
