Clinical Education Program Manager (Medtech): Designing and delivering clinical learning infrastructure and continuing education (CE) programming for behavioral health providers with an accent on accreditation management and clinical rigor. Focus on scaling professional growth, managing regulatory relationships with NBCC, ASWB, and AANP, and creating high-value clinical content.
Location: Must be based in the US. Ideally hybrid in San Francisco or New York City (3 days/week), but open to remote.
Salary: $120,000–$168,000 USD Annually

What you will do
- Lead the development and maintenance of clinical education content, including webinars, courses, and community resources.
- Manage Grow's approved provider status and regulatory compliance with NBCC, ASWB, and AANP.
- Oversee CE administration for live events, evaluations, and the annual provider summit.
- Coordinate external clinical speakers and manage third-party CE partnerships.
- Serve as the licensed clinical authority for community moderation and provider-facing communications.
- Partner with Product and Clinical teams to develop resources tied to product launches and clinical initiatives.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent master's-level licensure).
- Must be based in the United States.
- 7+ years of clinical practice experience in behavioral health.
- 3+ years in clinical education, CE programming, or professional development.
- Hands-on experience managing NBCC, ASWB, and/or AANP accreditation requirements.
- Strong written communication skills for reviewing and elevating provider-facing content.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with private practice, group practice billing, or 1099 providers.
- Experience with community platforms or provider-facing digital programming.
