What you will do

• Design and operate software systems to improve the developer experience across the engineering organization.
• Develop features for Showroom, the internal developer portal powering deployments, governance, and self-service workflows.
• Support initiatives for jobs replatforming, AI-powered code review tooling, and agent-driven provisioning.
• Implement AI-powered AWS infrastructure provisioning and modernize CI/CD pipelines.
• Facilitate the transition of the internal portal into an AI-first developer platform for large-scale environments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong foundation in Java, object-oriented design, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience building web applications or backend services, preferably with Spring Boot / Spring Framework.
• Familiarity with AWS services, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD tooling.
• Proficiency in writing automated tests at multiple levels of the testing pyramid.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Boston, MA

Nice to have

• Exposure to frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Remix.
• Interest in AI-powered developer tools and agentic workflows.
