What you will do
- Own the end-to-end commercial strategy for Enterprise and US portfolios, focusing on ARR protection and net revenue retention.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite sponsors, Chief People Officers, and L&D Directors in the US.
- Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive incremental revenue through value-led business cases.
- Lead renewal planning 12 months in advance, constructing narratives anchored in demonstrable customer outcomes.
- Coordinate across Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to ensure a unified customer experience.
- Analyze adoption and health metrics to shape account strategy and mitigate churn risks.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or commercial roles within enterprise SaaS or learning technology.
- Proven track record of managing six and seven-figure ARR portfolios with accountability for GRR and NRR.
- Experience managing US-based or international clients from a UK base.
- Ability to lead strategic conversations at the executive level (CPO, HRD).
- Strong skill in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations through influence.
- Ability to flex working hours to accommodate US time zones.
