What you will do

• Lead the global AV program, defining standards and monitoring system health via performance dashboards.
• Design, implement, and test AV solutions for conference rooms, training spaces, and event venues.
• Provide onsite and remote AV support across hub and satellite offices, including occasional travel.
• Partner with Executive, Communications, and Workplace teams to deliver seamless AV experiences.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and the overall AV budget, including forecasting and procurement.
• Produce bi-weekly All Hands meetings in partnership with Internal Communications.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in audiovisual systems within a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to manage AV programs across multiple offices and time zones with strong project management.
• Expertise with AV hardware and systems such as Crestron, Extron, Q-Sys, Shure, Logitech, and Neat.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools including Google Workspace, Zoom, and Asana.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work in the office 3 days a week.

• Experience supporting macOS environments and device management tools like Jamf.
