What you will do

• Manage and support Windows endpoints via SCCM and Microsoft Intune, as well as Apple and Chrome OS devices.
• Administer and optimize device provisioning, configuration management, and compliance using MECM, Intune, and Tanium.
• Develop and execute patching strategies and monitor compliance to ensure security across all endpoints.
• Automate endpoint management processes using PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripts.
• Provide Tier 3 support for complex endpoint-related incidents and service requests.
• Maintain detailed configuration documentation and generate health and performance reports.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in endpoint management and support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Tanium and JAMF for endpoint administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Chrome OS.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Endpoint Administrator).
• Tanium Certified Operator or JAMF Certified Technician certifications.
