What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor the Professional Services Delivery team, including hiring and skill gap analysis.
• Define and refine internal Delivery Management processes, KPIs, and documentation standards.
• Oversee project delivery, managing forecasts, budgets, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
• Plan and manage resource capacity and project scope for geographically diverse teams.
• Facilitate project execution using Agile techniques and oversee testing and defect remediation processes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architects to design service offerings and create project plans for SOWs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• Strong background in data-related projects (Data Engineering, Data Platforms, BI, or Analytics).
• 5+ years of experience in professional services in a customer-facing managerial role.
• 3+ years of experience managing remote and distributed geographic teams.
• 3+ years of experience in capacity management and resource planning.
• Proven expertise in managing technical solutions and services engagements.
