Compensation: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support product NPIs, review logistics, and manage weekly news coverage communications.
• Research and discover influencers, manage onboarding, and coordinate delivery of product samples across brands.
• Develop written content and creative visual assets for digital signage, employee Intranet, and weekly newsletters.
• Collaborate across category, corporate, and employee communications teams to maintain company reputation.

Requirements

• Education: Currently a Junior or Senior student with a degree focus in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing & Advertising, or New Media.
• Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid model in San Jose, California.
• Outstanding writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of PR and communication principles.
• Proficiency with social media platforms to drive customer engagement.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and work under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with web publishing, blogging, or online content creation.
• Proficiency in graphics software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or iMovie.
• Basic computer skills including Google Docs, Excel, and PowerPoint.
