Communications Lead

Memphis, TN. Onsite full-time required – hybrid and remote work will not be considered. Must meet ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee.

What you will do

• Provide tactical public relations support including logistical planning, execution, and maintaining relationships with key community partners and stakeholders.
• Develop communication strategies to generate public excitement about SpaceX mission and positive community impact.
• Support executives and leaders during speaking engagements with communications training, presentations, and assets.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support key initiatives.
• Develop and implement communication programs for strategic priorities and crisis situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in communications, events, or content development.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Based in Memphis, TN; onsite full-time.
• Meet ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen/national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
