What you will do
- Own strategy and execution for full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns across paid, email, content, social, and events.
- Lead campaign planning and project management from brief through launch and measurement.
- Collaborate with content, design, data, sales, and product marketing to develop unified narratives for the ICP.
- Build measurement frameworks to track engagement, pipeline influence, conversion, and ROI.
- Maintain a campaign calendar supporting product launches, seasonal moments, and always-on demand programs.
- Run post-campaign analyses and test new formats to optimize the channel mix.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of startup experience with a focus on campaign management or integrated marketing.
- Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns end-to-end with strong project management skills.
- Proficiency with modern marketing tech stacks such as HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo.
- Strong analytical skills with mandatory experience in Excel and BI tools; SQL is preferred.
- Storytelling ability to translate product narratives for a technical audience.
- Experience working autonomously in high-growth, early-stage environments.
