What you will do

• Lead comprehensive generative AI transformation programs from initial sales through to delivery and business value realization.
• Architect strategic roadmaps to expand the hirify.global Quick footprint across enterprise organizations.
• Design and facilitate workshops that bridge technical and business teams to uncover high-impact GenAI opportunities.
• Provide hands-on technical support, including programming and blocker remediation, to ensure flawless delivery of solutions.
• Cultivate trusting relationships with C-suite executives and internal stakeholders across AWS regional organizations.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in cloud architecture and solution implementation.
• 5+ years of external or internal customer-facing, complex and large-scale project management experience.
• 3+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, or Storage).
• Strong executive presence and ability to navigate interactions with VPs, Directors, and C-Suite executives.

Nice to have

• Experience developing, deploying, and managing AI products at scale.
• Experience with vertical industry sales and delivery of contemporary services.
• Background in business development involving complex agreements with integrators and ISVs.
• Experience with international sales and delivery for Global 500 enterprise customers.
