What you will do

• Identify and prioritize platform opportunities to unlock new market growth.
• Lead complex cross-stream product initiatives spanning multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Translate customer, commercial, and technical inputs into clear product direction.
• Build commercial models and KPIs to link roadmap decisions to revenue impact.
• Partner with engineering, UX, sales, and leadership to bring initiatives to life.
• Mentor and elevate other product managers to strengthen the overall product practice.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex B2B software products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Track record leading initiatives across multiple product lines, squads, or streams.
• Strong technical fluency in software engineering, geospatial engineering, or data-rich systems.
• Experience building business cases and economic models that connect product investment to revenue.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder leadership skills across executives and engineers.
• Experience mentoring product managers and raising team capability.

Nice to have

• Experience in platform-led product organizations.
• Exposure to developer tools, geospatial systems, infrastructure technology, or enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
