What you will do
- Act as the voice of the team externally, ensuring all communication resources are available for maximum performance.
- Drive fact-based decision making by defining and utilizing necessary data and metrics.
- Champion the voice of the customer from initiation through development and beyond.
- Prioritize work for chapter capabilities and provide feedback to squad members.
- Challenge the team to innovate from incremental improvements to market disruption.
- Ensure development respects established technical and design frameworks without reinventing wheels.
- Drive for success with focus on highest quality in shortest time.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Product Owner or similar in agile, cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong customer-centric mindset to translate needs into clear product priorities.
- Capability in data-driven decision making, defining metrics, and using insights.
- Confidence to constructively challenge teams and stakeholders for innovation within frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management to align diverse perspectives.
- Delivery-focused mindset balancing quality, speed, and sustainability.
