Requirements

• Proven experience as Product Owner or similar in agile, cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong customer-centric mindset to translate needs into clear product priorities.
• Capability in data-driven decision making, defining metrics, and using insights.
• Confidence to constructively challenge teams and stakeholders for innovation within frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to align diverse perspectives.
• Delivery-focused mindset balancing quality, speed, and sustainability.
