What you will do
- Identify, validate, and submit reimbursement claims for lost, damaged, or misclassified FBA inventory and incorrect fees.
- Monitor and track reimbursement cases to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Analyze reimbursement trends to identify recurring issues and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile inventory discrepancies and billing errors.
- Build and improve automated reimbursement tools and workflows (for advanced candidates).
- Generate reports and ensure full compliance with Amazon policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Amazon FBA operations and fee structures.
- Expertise in reimbursement claim processes and case filing.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Availability to work 9am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central reporting tools and dashboards.
Nice to have
- Experience with automated reimbursement software.
- Prior experience reconciling inbound FBA shipment discrepancies.
