What you will do

• Own and maintain key business platforms including LMS, websites, email marketing, and internal tools.
• Build and manage complex automations using Zapier or similar tools to connect marketing, sales, and support workflows.
• Lead critical system rollouts, specifically Klaviyo migration and Freshdesk setup.
• Implement AI tools such as chatbots and LMS-based learning assistants.
• Optimize onboarding, lead management, and operational workflows to improve data flow across platforms.
• Support internal teams with system access, setup, and operational guidance.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
• Proven track record of building workflows and system integrations across multiple SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, WordPress, and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp).
• Ability to align with Australian business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Klaviyo migration or Freshdesk setup.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Moodle.
