What you will do

• Lead end-to-end visual and interaction design for high-performing Shopify storefronts.
• Create conversion-focused experiences optimized for CVR, AOV, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Own, maintain, and scale Figma-based design systems across multiple client projects.
• Conduct competitive analysis and UX research to inform design decisions and creative direction.
• Present designs and articulate rationale to clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to provide assets and specifications for seamless handoff.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, primarily within e-commerce.
• Strong experience designing Shopify storefronts.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-impact, conversion-focused e-commerce work.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of CRO, CVR, AOV, and UX best practices.
• Experience working with Shopify Plus, Premier, or Platinum agencies.

Nice to have

• Experience with animation or micro-interaction design.
• Experience working with SaaS or Shopify-adjacent digital products.
• Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, FullStory, UsabilityHub, Jira, Asana, or Linear.
