What you will do

• Develop and execute omnichannel retail marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and sell-through from ideation to execution.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key retailers, licensees, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage Amazon shop creative updates and paid media campaigns.
• Coordinate influencer marketing activities and lead B2C newsletter projects for the UK market.
• Brief creative teams to produce POS displays, social media assets, and digital creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
• Track campaign performance, perform post-campaign analysis, and manage budget invoices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in licensing, product, or retail marketing, preferably within entertainment brands.
• Proven experience in operational marketing and omnichannel approaches.
• Strong knowledge of organic and paid social media.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional teamwork and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Must be based in London for office-based work.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of international markets, specifically EMEA and APAC.
• Fluency in an additional language beyond English.
• Experience with Amazon AMS.
