Location: Remote in the United States (specifically CA, CO, MA, NY, NJ, OR, PA, TX, UT, and WA)
Salary: Base $70,000 - $115,000, OTE $105,000 - $145,000 per year

What you will do
- Drive platform adoption for Tech Touch customers to achieve GDR and NDR goals.
- Manage inbound customer conversations and leverage on-demand resources to address needs.
- Participate in and enhance 1:many programs such as Office Hours and Trainings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, and Support to find engagement opportunities.
- Identify and optimize key aspects of the customer journey to improve health and expand use cases at scale.
- Develop deep platform knowledge to help various verticals achieve their desired customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of demonstrated success in a Customer Success role.
- Proven history of managing large, growing customer cohorts with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with stakeholders.
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience using Customer Success Platforms and understanding of CS metrics and KPIs.
- Must be based in the United States (specifically CA, CO, MA, NY, NJ, OR, PA, TX, UT, or WA).
