TL;DR

Scaled Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing the Tech Touch customer base to drive platform adoption and achieve retention goals with an accent on data-driven engagement and scalable customer journeys. Focus on optimizing 1:many programs, identifying expansion opportunities, and improving customer health at scale.

Location: Remote in the United States (specifically CA, CO, MA, NY, NJ, OR, PA, TX, UT, and WA)

Salary: Base $70,000 - $115,000, OTE $105,000 - $145,000 per year

What you will do

  • Drive hirify.global platform adoption for Tech Touch customers to achieve GDR and NDR goals.
  • Manage inbound customer conversations and leverage on-demand resources to address needs.
  • Participate in and enhance 1:many programs such as Office Hours and Trainings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, and Support to find engagement opportunities.
  • Identify and optimize key aspects of the customer journey to improve health and expand use cases at scale.
  • Develop deep platform knowledge to help various verticals achieve their desired customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in a Customer Success role.
  • Proven history of managing large, growing customer cohorts with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using Customer Success Platforms and understanding of CS metrics and KPIs.
  • Must be based in the United States (specifically CA, CO, MA, NY, NJ, OR, PA, TX, UT, or WA).
