What you will do

• Own and scale global accounting, tax, and payroll operations across 6 legal entities (US, UK, Netherlands, Armenia, Cyprus).
• Deliver a timely 5-day monthly close with reliable consolidation and audit-ready financials.
• Build and maintain a scalable ASC 606 framework supporting SaaS and marketplace revenue streams.
• Lead the evolution of NetSuite into a highly automated, AI-enabled finance system to reduce manual work by 50%.
• Ensure full US GAAP compliance, implement strong internal controls, and manage external audits.
• Lead and develop a team of 3 accounting professionals while remaining hands-on.

Requirements

• Experience scaling accounting functions in international, multi-entity AI, SaaS, or marketplace businesses.
• Strong expertise in US GAAP and working knowledge of IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Proven track record in group consolidation, financial reporting, and managing external audits.
• Hands-on experience implementing ASC 606 revenue recognition in complex business models.
• Experience optimizing NetSuite ERP in multi-entity setups.
• Must be based on the US East Coast.
