What you will do

• Design and develop cloud-enabled products across the full code stack using modern frameworks and technologies
• Collaborate with product and UX teams to understand and translate requirements into sprint stories
• Mentor software engineers through advice, coaching, and training
• Advocate agile methodologies and best practices
• Build prototypes to refine concepts and turn them into production-quality features
• Contribute to the evolution of SDLC and tech stack

Requirements

• Experience developing SaaS enterprise software in distributed teams
• Experience with full-stack web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, React, Java, APIs, modern databases
• Knowledge of modern cloud architectures and technologies, especially AWS
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
• Location: United Kingdom - Northern Ireland (Remote-First)

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Familiarity with modern AI tools e.g. Cursor
