What you will do

• Contribute hands-on across fullstack (frontend/backend leaning) while driving adoption of AI-assisted development workflows.
• Transform processes toward AI-assisted code generation, better planning, and shift-left validation practices.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability including logging, debugging, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to enhance delivery speed and output quality.
• Mentor engineers, guiding them toward fullstack proficiency and AI-enabled workflows.
• Provide technical leadership, challenge assumptions, and promote cross-stack collaboration across web, mobile, and backend teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years professional software engineering experience with strong fullstack depth.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React (or similar modern frontend frameworks).
• Experience in backend API development (Node.js or similar) and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Strong understanding of system design and modern architectures (microservices, event-driven systems).
• Hands-on expertise with AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) and validating AI-generated code.
• Proven experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and observability tools.
• Leadership skills to influence without authority in distributed teams.
• Location: Located in LatAm
• Fluent English level
