What you will do

• Configure and execute digital scanning and monitoring solutions using internal platforms to support service delivery.
• Manage support tickets and internal communications via JIRA, Slack, and email.
• Onboard new clients by setting up scanning accounts and configuring delivery parameters.
• Analyze and process advertising tags, creatives, and campaign files (JavaScript, HTML5, VAST).
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and QA checks to ensure configuration accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing technical or ad operations role.
• Familiarity with online advertising concepts and ad tag structures (JavaScript, HTML5, VAST).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and JIRA.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the McLean, VA headquarters (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience working with publishers, ad tech platforms, or digital agencies.
• Interest in web security, privacy compliance, or malware detection in online advertising.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows and tools like Confluence, Domo, or Qlik.
