What you will do

• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify key trends and patterns for global brands.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact insights and lesson-learned presentations to drive product quality.
• Collaborate with quality engineering and global brand teams to translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to meet evolving business needs.
• Mentor and train cross-functional team members to utilize analytical tools independently.
• Experiment with latest trends in data storytelling and AI tools to innovate insight capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and data storytelling.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Confluence, and Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree in data analysis, statistics, mathematics, economics, business, or a related analytical field.
• Must be located in or able to work from El Segundo, California.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with BigQuery.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with AI tooling.
