Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake)

Location: Menlo Park, CA (Must be in-office 3 days a week)

Compensation Range: $156,000 - $204,700

What you will do

• Design, build, and own key data infrastructure to manage data and usage across the hirify.global account.
• Develop custom data ingestion pipelines sourcing data from application APIs.
• Interface with data scientists and product managers to build scalable data products and tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, IT, Finance, and Compliance to inform product decision making.
• Prepare data-driven insights for executive board reporting, publications, and industry reports.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience designing and building complex data pipelines in large-scale environments.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ETL and sourcing data from various sources.
• BS in a technical field (CS, Physics, Math, etc.); MS/PhD is a plus.
• Must be based in or able to work from Menlo Park, CA (3 days/week in-office).

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Airflow.
• Prior experience using hirify.global.
