What you will do

• Design and optimize executive dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and CRM data sources.
• Scale automated reporting systems to consolidate data for sales and CX leadership, reducing manual effort.
• Define and maintain KPI frameworks to ensure alignment across Revenue, CX, and Executive teams.
• Perform deep-dive analysis into revenue and operational trends to surface insights for leadership planning.
• Coordinate programs across Sales, CX, Operations, and Enablement stakeholders to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Implement process improvements, automation, and AI-driven tools to enhance operational scale.

Requirements

• Experience in Program or Project Management within SaaS, GTM, or operational environments.
• Strong analytical background with the ability to translate complex data into leadership-ready insights.
• Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, data quality management, and dashboard creation.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from Hoboken, NJ, USA
