What you will do

• Provide technical delivery leadership on client engagements and lead architectural design sessions.
• Coach and guide peers on implementation, manage client expectations, and foster collaborative team culture.
• Support upskilling of team members, build relationships across infrastructure teams, and align with PMO on project milestones.
• Assist in breaking project blockers, facilitating change orders, and driving technical alignment across practices.
• Lead multiple engagements to scale the infrastructure team and create reusable artifacts for client billing.

Requirements

• US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship)
• Extensive Azure and on-prem networking knowledge: VPN/ExpressRoute, Firewall/NVAs, routing, load balancing, DNS integrations.
• Broad Azure expertise: Log Analytics (KQL), Site Recovery, Backup, Security, Storage, Automation (IaC), App Services, AKS.
• Experience with carrier circuits, SDWAN, technical delivery oversight on client engagements, and consultative skills.
• Strong understanding of IaC (Bicep/Terraform), cloud ecosystem, performance analysis, problem-solving, communication.
• AZ-700 Azure Network Engineer certification.

Nice to have

• AZ-305 Azure Architect certification.
• 3rd party networking certifications (CCNP/CCNA/Juniper/Palo Alto).
