Salary: $104,700 - 120,000 USD Annually

What you will do

• Develop and own high-quality features for core measurement and attribution products.
• Implement robust monitoring, metrics, and logging as standard practice for all delivered features.
• Utilize AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Gemini to accelerate the development lifecycle and code quality.
• Support the strategic data evolution and migration from Redshift to Snowflake.
• Participate in on-call rotations and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents.
• Collaborate on code reviews and author comprehensive testing plans (unit, integration, E2E).

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent basis without current or future sponsorship.
• 2–5 years of experience developing software features for business or technology solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot within a microservices environment.
• Solid understanding of AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2) and containerization using Docker.
• Experience with MySQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to use LLMs and AI coding assistants to accelerate development.

Nice to have

• Experience in Ad-Tech or high-throughput Big Data processing environments.
• Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or SQS.
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and SQL optimization.
