What you will do

• Define and execute the AI innovation strategy to increase pipeline and improve seller focus across GTM motions.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities and translate business pain points into practical experiments and scalable delivery plans.
• Drive roadmap investments for AI-assisted account scoring, prioritization, and personalized seller-facing workflows.
• Own the product strategy for lead-to-account matching, normalization, enrichment, and routing foundations.
• Partner with Marketing and RevOps to improve campaign intelligence and attribution by connecting engagement signals.
• Evaluate and operationalize external GTM tools and AI-enabled platforms for orchestration and personalization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, specifically with GTM or internal systems.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep functional understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and how it supports the GTM lifecycle.
• Proven ability to spot real business value in AI and distinguish innovation from hype.
• Strong domain knowledge of demand generation, SDR workflows, and account-based motions.
• Analytical mindset for using metrics and experimentation to assess the impact of AI-driven changes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Marketo and adjacent GTM tooling for enrichment and orchestration.
• Knowledge of ABX, account prioritization, and personalized digital experiences.
• Experience scaling agentic workflows or AI-assisted business process automation in GTM systems.
