What you will do

• Develop reliable multi-cloud platform hosting critical customer applications.
• Collaborate with service teams to build automation tooling and solve technical challenges.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure high availability of Atlas fleet.
• Provide expertise on running systems at scale and perform essential maintenance.
• Design and implement large-scale solutions impacting customer workloads.

Requirements

• 5+ years running critical systems at scale
• Preference for automation over manual ops; efficiency-focused
• Experience with major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and multi-cloud ops
• Strong Linux fundamentals for large-scale environments
• Proficiency in Go, Ruby, or Python beyond scripting
• Deep knowledge of web/network protocols (HTTP, TLS, DNS)
• Location: Eastern/Central US time zones or NYC hybrid
