What you will do

• Process multi-state US biweekly payroll using Workday
• Provide backup support for Americas payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and garnishment legislation
• Conduct biweekly audits to ensure accurate and timely transaction reporting
• Manage off-cycle payments for inactive employees per state final pay requirements
• Handle employee queries via ServiceNow within established SLAs

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in US payroll processing
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll
• Knowledge of statutory laws and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
• English: Advanced or Bilingual proficiency required
• Location: Must be based in Mexico City

Nice to have

• CPP or FPC Certification
• Experience with Canada, Mexico, or Colombia payroll
• Experience in Equity Processing
