Aquaware is an IT consulting company providing Cloud Services and Technical Support for international clients. We are hiring a Junior DevOps Engineer with experience in IT Support and basic Cloud Operations, who is eager to grow in DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot user and infrastructure issuesIncident resolution, and documentationPerform basic cloud administration tasks (AWS/Azure/GCP)Monitor and support CI/CD pipelines and servicesCollaborate with senior engineers on automation tasks

Requirements

Basic scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash/Python)Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (GitHub, Jenkins, Bitbucket)Basic understanding of networks (DNS, VPN, Firewalls)Strong communication skills and proactive remote work habitsWindows or Linux administration knowledgeNice to have: Experience with ticketing platforms (Jira, ServiceNow)Nice to have: 1–2 years of IT Support, NOC, or Help Desk experience
