What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of calibration engineers and technical leaders.
• Ensure delivery of robust engine or transmission controls solutions meeting regulatory and customer requirements.
• Partner with hardware, software, emissions compliance, and vehicle integration teams.
• Provide technical guidance on controls, diagnostics, and communication strategies.
• Align calibration work with broader organizational and regulatory product strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Automotive, or related).
• 8+ years of experience in powertrain calibration, controls, or related propulsion systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a matrixed, fast-paced engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of powertrain operation, emissions, and diagnostics.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of technical or people leadership experience.
• Knowledge of global emissions regulations and compliance processes.
• Experience working with global or geographically distributed teams.
