What you will do

• Analyze large datasets from EHRs, claims data, membership files, and public health databases
• Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to identify trends and insights
• Conduct product-focused analytics on feature effectiveness, user engagement, and clinical workflows
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
• Provide actionable recommendations to drive healthcare strategies and efficiency
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure data integrity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare data analytics (population health preferred)
• 5+ years SQL experience (queries, stored procedures, tuning)
• Proficiency in R, Python, and/or SAS
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data sources (EHRs, claims, public databases)
• Understanding of VBC, healthcare regulations, and best practices
