What you will do

• Lead product vision, roadmap direction, and delivery priorities for high-profile enterprise clients from discovery through launch.
• Act as a strategic consultant to identify opportunities and risks while balancing business goals, user value, and technical reality.
• Own the product backlog, creating detailed stories, acceptance criteria, and high-quality requirements documentation.
• Collaborate with design, technology, and data teams to validate feasibility and ensure shared understanding of requirements.
• Manage budgets, providing transparent forecasting and ROI-driven prioritization.
• Facilitate delivery ceremonies and present progress and risks to clients and internal leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing, consulting, or agency setting.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery to launch.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for senior client interaction.
• Comfortable using AI tools and collaborating with teams using agentic development tools.
