What you will do

• Lead large-scale cloud infrastructure projects, including migrations from on-premise to AWS.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of cloud and infrastructure engineers to ensure successful delivery.
• Define and drive cloud architecture strategies for disaster recovery, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions and high-level design documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery and support roles.
• 10+ years of experience leading large teams of cloud and infrastructure engineers.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud migrations from on-premise environments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, and immutable/stateless infrastructure.
• Must be based in Colombia (Hybrid)
