What you will do

• Develop and refine state-of-the-art NLP and Machine Learning algorithms for core products.
• Build advanced LLM-based features, including reasoning, multilingual, and multimodal processing.
• Conduct rigorous evaluation and monitoring of model performance and troubleshoot business-impacting issues.
• Manage and process massive textual datasets to improve model accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deploy and scale models in production.
• Contribute to the scientific community by submitting papers to top-tier academic conferences and journals.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• 2+ years of NLP industry experience for Master’s degree holders or 1+ years for PhD degree holders.
• Demonstrated experience with Python, PyTorch, and general machine learning tools.
• Deep understanding of current LLM architectures and techniques for tuning and optimization.
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for multi-disciplinary collaboration.
