What you will do

• Architect an AI-driven Executive Dossier Engine to synthesize CRM data and market signals into personalized briefing materials.
• Develop a relationship heatmap to visualize executive engagement across key accounts and identify critical gaps.
• Create an AI-powered early warning system to prioritize outreach based on predicted health milestones or competitive threats.
• Implement AI tools for net-new relationship modeling and high-value lookalike prospect identification.
• Pilot and test various AI-generated outreach styles to determine the most effective personalized insights.

Requirements

• Must be actively enrolled in a college degree program to be eligible.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be located in the United States during the internship period.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, ChurnZero, or similar CS platforms (e.g., Gainsight).
• Advanced prompt engineering skills to synthesize disparate data sources into cohesive narratives.
• Proficiency in using AI to extract strategic insights from annual reports and executive profiles.
• Experience creating executive-level dashboards in Tableau or Salesforce.
• Strong interest in C-level corporate strategy and executive relationship management.
