Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform components.
• Customize modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Workflow/Flow Designer.
• Create scripts using JavaScript, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with DoD security and governance standards.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and document technical designs and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance (required)
• 4+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven experience developing solutions in DoD, federal, or large enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with platform architecture and configuration in secure/regulated environments.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Additional certifications such as CAD or CIS.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise systems.
