What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of BI solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Redshift, and Google Looker.
• Optimize complex data models, reports, and dashboards leveraging DAX.
• Develop and implement data analytics strategies aligned with organizational business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of data analysts, BI developers, and data engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations) to deliver tailored analytics solutions.
• Establish best practices for data governance, quality, and security in analytics processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics or BI, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Data Analytics Expressions (DAX).
• Hands-on experience with Google Looker and Redshift.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, or R.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern data architecture.
