Senior Program Manager (DoD)

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead large-scale DoD network programs from initiation through closeout.
• Oversee enterprise network modernization, cloud migration, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Serve as the primary interface with government customers, Contracting Officers (KO), and Contracting Officer Representatives (COR).
• Manage cost, schedule, scope, and performance using Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Ensure program compliance with DoD policies and cybersecurity frameworks including NIST and RMF.
• Support proposal development, capture strategy, and recompete efforts.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance or higher.
• Extensive experience managing U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) network programs.
• Deep knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and cybersecurity compliance.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams in highly regulated environments.
• Ability to work on-site in Dahlgren, VA.
