• Complete and process business applications submitted by agents.
• Ensure accuracy of provided information and verify all necessary forms are included.
• Submit completed applications and forms to the appropriate insurance and security agencies.
• Follow up on pending applications to keep the process moving forward.
• Research and analyze application issues to provide effective resolutions.
• Respond to agent requests and needs in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent customer service and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Frederick, MD.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of customer experience.
• Working knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures.
