What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Content Managers and Digital Shelf Analysts from 5 to over 30 members.
• Oversee the end-to-end digital content lifecycle, ensuring efficient upload and syndication via PIM/DAM systems.
• Utilize digital shelf analytics to monitor content compliance and competitiveness across European retailer platforms.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize content management and syndication workflows.
• Collaborate with e-commerce Key Account Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams to meet commercial goals.
• Manage multiple concurrent content projects, tracking team capacity and project delivery status.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital content management with hands-on PIM and DAM expertise.
• Proven track record of leading and developing professional teams.
• Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Proficiency with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Experience scaling operations and processes across multiple countries/regions.

Nice to have

• Direct experience using Salsify for content syndication.
• Experience with Data Impact or similar digital shelf analytics tools.
• Industry experience in the Beauty sector.
• Experience working within a large, matrixed global organization.
