What you will do

• Manage projects from kick-off to completion, creating schedules, cost estimates, scopes, timelines, and budgets while tracking progress via weekly burn reports.
• Act as liaison between agency disciplines, multi-agency teams, and stakeholders to organise resources and foster collaboration.
• Monitor project finances, resource allocation, and client remuneration models, collaborating with Ops Director and resource manager.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to ensure smooth delivery.
• Uphold quality standards in documentation and deliverables, using industry tools and processes.
• Advocate for project needs, solve problems creatively, and embrace AI for efficiencies.

Requirements

• 3-4 years’ experience as Senior Project Manager in Social & Influencer environment.
• Expertise in project setup, budgeting, resource planning, tracking, and reporting in creative agency.
• Financial acumen for managing budgets and forecasting resources.
• Proactive risk identification and mitigation.
• Familiarity with project tools, LLMs, and industry processes.
• Impeccable attention to detail, solution-oriented mindset, and adaptability.
