What you will do

• Lead and manage diverse projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and deadline adherence.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workflows, identifying necessary talent and resources.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Conduct detailed quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet client briefs.
• Proactively identify project roadblocks and provide strategic solutions to maintain momentum.
• Mentor and guide junior project management staff to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Management Services, or a related field.
• Significant proven experience in project management within a design agency, specifically with brand and packaging projects.
• Proficient understanding of packaging design and print-production processes (Flexo, Litho, Gravure).
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills for managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based within commutable distance from the London or Birmingham office.
