What you will do

• Perform Full 3-Block and 5-Block Gauge Calibrations for asphalt, soil, and concrete testing equipment.
• Ensure all calibration processes adhere to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards for global credibility and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the full service cycle.
• Utilize proprietary software (CalPlus Pro) to document and execute calibrations.
• Maintain gauges through cleaning, lubrication, diagnostics, and building standard blocks.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive calibration documentation to meet customer compliance needs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Austin, TX.
• Degree in a mechanical field or significant lab project experience.
• Knowledge of lab safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preference for 1–3 years of real-world laboratory experience.
