What you will do
- Provide technical assistance via chat, email, and remote sessions to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
- Manage support tickets in Salesforce and ensure timely communication with technical and non-technical users.

- Handle product concerns including bugs and enhancements.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating support documentation.
Requirements
