What you will do

• Lead the European social media strategy, managing daily content planning, publishing, and performance tracking for regional channels.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align seasonal priorities and adapt global strategies to local markets.
• Execute social media campaigns for in-game events, community milestones, and new feature releases.
• Develop campaign briefs ensuring creative direction and messaging reflect the cultural nuances of local Trainer communities.
• Monitor Gen Z and Gen Alpha trends to translate them into relevant and authentic creative executions.
• Analyze regional performance and player sentiment to optimize content strategies and inform future planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing social media for consumer brands.
• Experience within gaming, entertainment, or youth culture specifically in European markets.
• Proven ability to drive social growth and engagement through data-driven storytelling.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across global and regional stakeholders.
