What you will do

• Program and operate CMM machines to inspect parts and assemblies
• Develop, modify, and optimize CMM inspection programs based on engineering drawings and GD&T
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and GD&T to create accurate inspection routines
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections using CMM and manual tools
• Analyze inspection data, document results, and identify nonconformances
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams on corrective actions
• Maintain CMM calibration, equipment, and inspection records
• Support continuous improvement and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100 or similar standards

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CMM programming, operation, and dimensional inspection
• Proficiency in GD&T, blueprint reading, and engineering specifications
• Experience in manufacturing or quality-controlled environment
• Knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001 or AS9100
