What you will do

• Brainstorm and create innovative branded content ideas for audio and video touchpoints.
• Plan and deliver multi-channel commercial campaigns from brief to final delivery.
• Collaborate with podcast talent, producers, and external production teams to shape ideas.
• Manage project timelines, approvals, and feedback loops to ensure brand and editorial standards.
• Support the Head of Branded Content with status tracking and team updates.
• Ensure all content complies with ASA CAP and hirify.global’s Ad Policy guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a creative or project management role, ideally within media, podcasts, or digital landscapes.
• Must be based in or able to work from London.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Confident communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with talent and clients.
• Proficiency in tracking tools, reporting, and basic data handling.

• Experience specifically working on audio or podcast campaigns.
