What you will do

• Develop and execute global influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns for brand growth.
• Set campaign goals, assess performance against benchmarks, and optimize using data insights.
• Identify impactful influencers, analyze metrics, and allocate resources data-driven.
• Manage influencer relationships through communication, agreements, scouting, and negotiation.
• Communicate brand values and philosophy accurately to influencers worldwide.

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in oral and written English and Korean.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• Proven track record of managing and monetizing influencer and agency relationships.
• Strong data-driven mindset, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Melbourne.
